May be a con to some: Requires an "ownership" mindset. You can't just show up to complete a few defined tasks. Things are always in motion, you need to be able to thrive when the situation calls to adapt and/or pivot.

Tried to have the startup feeling

Volatile leadership, reversed course on remote work, fired people without any warning or actual performance management in place.
