- As other reviews have shown UK has been hiring and firing. - HQ in Sweden seems completely disconnected from UK day to day - Certain managers are completely patronising and totally out of their depth and also never seem to be doing any work? - In spite of this it is the reps that don't achieve 100% that are let go whereas team leads who have consistently had reps underachieve seem to be invincible. Make it make sense? Why is there only accountability for sales reps? - Free for all promotes toxic competition as there are too many reps fighting for the same pool of leads. - Targets have been raised without any sales enablement tools or consistent inbounds. Company making it harder for the reps to achieve targets and receive commissions.
