Teamtailor is well-known in Europe, but not so much in other regions. You’ll face stiff competition against known or cheaper brands. Also, some of the sales / country leaders here were promoted internally, so they might not have much experience in management, or even B2B sales. Often, they are not located in the same region as you. All of this results in a lack of support sometimes. But they honestly try their best.
