I’m writing this to warn others before they fall into the same trap. Teamware Solutions is one of the most unprofessional and fake organizations I’ve ever come across. They don’t even have a proper office, no official company email, and all communication happens through Gmail. No ID card, no structure, no ethics — absolutely nothing that shows they’re a genuine company. I joined them on May 15 for a Huron client project. Worked hard for 2 months, and once the project ended, they shamelessly asked me to leave saying they had no other projects. Basically, they hire people just for short-term outsourcing, and once the work is done, they throw you out. These people don’t care about your career, growth, or stability. Once you join, you’re completely ignored. No proper HR communication, no guidance, no professionalism — just exploitation. ⚠️ If you value your career, NEVER join Teamware Solutions. They are career destroyers, not employers. Totally unethical and irresponsible company. Save yourself the trouble — stay miles away from this fake setup.
