Competitive pay + great benefits + good work life balance. Really great work environment. The owners are really great guys so always go out of their way to treat their employees well. Usually have optional monthly team dinner where you can eat some insanely good food. I would absolute recommend working here.

The company suffers from unprofessionalism, poor management, and weak leadership. Employees receive little to no recognition for their hard work, while inflated egos dominate the workplace. The focus is entirely on clients. The CEO and CTO are leading the company in the wrong direction, driving it to the ground and it's evident to everyone on a daily basis. Despite claiming to be noble, the CEO behaves rudely and unprofessionally, often displaying excessive emotions and bringing a consistently negative attitude to meetings.
