I would not recommend this company based on my experience. One of the biggest issues is the roster and recall system. There were instances where I had to report to the office for 9 consecutive days, and another time for 7 consecutive days without a break. While the company provides flexibility through different roster arrangements, there appears to be very little transparency regarding how these schedules are determined. Employees are often not made aware of clear policies outlining the number of consecutive days they may be required to work. Another major concern is the lack of consideration for employee well-being. In situations involving illness, recovery from surgery, injuries requiring rest, or other health-related conditions, employees are still expected to continue working with minimal accommodation. It often feels as though employee health and recovery are secondary to operational requirements. I understand that every organization has its own policies regarding holidays and leave. However, greater transparency, clearer communication of policies, and a stronger focus on employee welfare would significantly improve the work environment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this has been one of the most challenging companies I have worked for.

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
