I noticed during my time there that employees were not paid for overtime or offered other compensation such as time off in lieu. I was unable to express my concerns about this in the office. I was expected to come in the day after being sick, despite it being common knowledge to wait 24/48 hours. Moreover, my contract was not followed. I was let go with no notice and not asked to fill in a return to work form after being ill, despite the contract saying otherwise.

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
