Bad appraisal (1 lac increment after working for 5 years) They are not considering a former employee to hire. They make a new policy if employee wanna rejoin before 2 years of separation they need to join on the same package.. Employee market value is double..so he/she left and wanted to rejoin again after a year or after 18 month or so..But Hr policy not allow to join, they are considering there employee to the same package where they left..

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
