They have good unity and work well as a team. The training department is very friendly and helpful. Their infrastructure is top notch.

This is purely from my experience. There are not many development projects and as a fresher, they dont give you an option or consider your skills while allocating you to a project. The bottom level HRs are quite friendly and good. But their managers or higher HRs behave very unethically and they literally threaten freshers. Freshers are especially bullied by these people whenever there they are forced to move or relocate to another location for the project, even though the fresher is not able to do so due to various reasons. They have a lot of other candidates who are willing to relocate for a particular project, but these guys will not give you any option of switching with them. I was literally told to accept or else i'll be fired. I had completed their ELITE training with a very good score and thought that I would make a good career in Tech Mahindra, but I had to quit because of this reason.

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
