You just get the good brand name(so called good). So many events are going on each and every day, don't know whether anyone attends them or not. No pros as such.

1. You have to complete the 9 hrs 30 minutes daily(Which is too much). 2. There are so many benefits are listed but you could not avail them as to opt those benefits there are so many procedures need to be done so you just doesn't go for it. 3. No god infrastructure. 4. Too much of process for each and everything. 5. Any project will have so many managers and architects that they quarrel with each other so forget about any fruitful work.
