1) If u join as an ITPian, your growth/satisfaction entirely depends on what project you are allocated (and since u dont have a choice in this, thus it depends on your luck). Some projects provide great growth & learning opportunities (like mine did), some others may frustrate you no end (like in case of some of my friends). 2) Shift / weekend working allowances are quite low. 3) Senior mgmt. rarely listens to employee suggestions.
