Company provides very good and knowledgeable training programs,The work environment is also very good.There is the rule of equality i.e whether a manager or simple employee or a sweeper is equally respected.

In case of ITPians,Project are not assigned on the basis of the performance made in ITP.A person who cleared ITP with 60per gets a technical project wheres a person who cleared it with a good score and possess good technical skills is put into FLS.There should be an appreciation for good score in ITP.

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
