Lack of projects at onsite, lacks career direction for individual, little to no pay raise i was employed for 2 years but had no raises, support functions like HR, immigration, help desk need to raise their standards considerably . It is bit difficult to get things done from immigration and support help desk teams only with great delays would things work for you. Relocation could be a bit more generous.
