Management is corrupt. Managers ask their subordinates for money, if they refuse to give money then the subordinate is assigned in random shifts and the manager gives it name as business requirement. HR is inactive, doesn't care about employee welfare. Their is no project specific HR, if HR is present he/she is dormant.
