      -needlessly highly stressful environment due to the extremely low calibre hires that account for a third of the workforce -systems aren't configured properly resulting in Windows crashing & freezing, not to mention Google security violations -a bait & switch hiring campaign -a dog & pony show not for the faint of heart -New Brunswick civil, provincial & federal politicians are being played for suckers in the 8K Rebate offered by the province for every seat filled

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
