The benefits package is pretty good. $30 for health insurance per month. No other company I've come across offers health benefits at that price.
Svantaggi
Promotions / pay raises only done once a year (July) even if you switch teams / take on more responsibilities. No 401k. Very limited growth opportunities. Some managers are VERY demanding and don't understand the concept of work-life balance.
