      No appraisal letters till october end even when the appraisal cycle is june to june.... Great internal politics.... appraisal ratings not transparent.. full of chamchaas... n people buttering..... not pay heed to employee satisfaction... Not even a single treat / party... simply a bloody Laddoo on diwali durga puja.. on the merger even.... completely BANIYA.... SUCKS

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
