poor coordination with HR , You work with so effort throughout the month but one detractor will take your 42k away , and u will be humiliated for it for a month u get one positive feedback no one talks about it, one detractor ur call will be played in the entire prism towers(company location) but i have always enjoyed earning with side campaign cozz there was no certain threshold to get it there is only one person who is always smiling and helped me a lot none other than yash khanna most of the people know him he was promoted to tl position while he was mentoring me the best person in the company till now. the companies incentive slab was design in such a way to confiscate the most of your money and in the end of the month you just have your base salary in hand for just one network related problems that a three customer has (retentions),

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
