Unable to adapt to latest technologies. Offshore and onsite colleagues will not share work, or tell much about work, as most of them are afraid of losing control, sent back to India, or not being called onsite Horrible HR, they will ask same documents 100 times. Lots of Bureaucracy in HR. Most of the HR is run from Offshore, who do not understand how to deal with employees in USA. Be very careful if you are a Green card or citizen and working as technical or functional consultant. They will replace you with some one on H1 or L1 and ask you to move to new location for higher billing project (which involves relocation)
