Nothing is good here. Frauds are sitting up here ready to suck your blood

Work pressure is too much. We get th roster of 11 hrs however in the roster it's mentioned that 9 hrs roster would be there with 1 hr break. We are not allowed to take breaks. Our week offs are cancelled. New agents joining don't know what the hell these people are doing and they do it since they have no option but seriously someone needs to look into the management of this company. It's the worst

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
