They bring you in and are very friendly and nice and they tell you everything you love to hear

Disorganized, lazy, too much security (if you know how IT works, you'll see when you get there. If anything goes wrong, they lose their minds almost immediately. If you're too long on a call or too long on hold, they will have a minimum of 2 supervisors messaging you within 60 seconds of eachother. If their tech team doesn't get a response in 10 seconds, they spam you.

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
