Too much work load for advisor. Management is harassing people like they were kill you if you did not met the target. Bullied and harassing people according to state, caste, color and gender basis. Management make a team to target one people like they are bulling you and envoked you for your appearance, your character, and specially if you belong from Bihar then this happen more with you. They forced you to resign even when they harassed me and I have given the resignation so they asked me to take the resignation back, so I did the same but after that their team mentally harassed me so badly that I went into depression and could not able to go there again and left the company without serving the notice period. These companies do not like to work with ambitious people even they are tracking the personal life of employees also to harass them and forced to leave the company.
