Nothing specific to mention except that the company mostly not communicating with me, not asking anything (except for couple of mandatory trainings)

Svantaggi

- No way you can get a rise even if client thinks you are great employee - No way you can grow within the company - All internal systems created like a maze, different pages for every action, time-shifts, sick leave, personal data, trainings, everything have its own confusing and partially working website - Company spams you with tons of unnecessary emails so you can miss the important ones - Worst onboarding process I ever had (they even sent me a dirty used computer that I never even used)

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

Svantaggi

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
