Misleading ads. I'm not sure why this is? They do review pay in your interview process but salary is never mentioned. Hourly Rate is $10/hr. You may earn commission on sales once your pay yourself out, meaning cover your hourly rate. So if you do nothing you can earn something. Transparency has to be 100% starts with the ads. Benefits, there are whatever benefits you can afford to buy through the affordable care act. You may work 7 days a week and half the shifts run till 8:30 PM Mon-Fri. There is no paid time off, no sick days and no vacation. Regardless of where you are in the Hierarchy, any time off is frowned upon. Being pushed to succeed is not a con but if your goals and timing are not in line with the business model you are shunned. Management takes no accountability for failures in the business rather putting the blame on the employees/Jr. managers. Kiss your family good bye and tell them you'll be back in touch with them when you make it to the second level of management or leave the company.
