You can choose what skills you want to develop and they'll give you projects to work on that will help build those skills -Values my opinion. Leadership is transparent and open-minded. Even as an intern they always encouraged me to speak my mind and give honest feedback.

      Very unique and genuine approach. The team truly makes an effort to build rapport with every employee and the company sets realistic goals (unlike other firms I've worked for in the past). They foster a welcoming environment and they encourage us to have a work-life balance as well as personal growth outside of work. I highly recommend!
