Company has unconditional notice periods and on completion there is no guarantee if you can walk out with your final salary and documents. On resignation, docuemnts, if provided, will always state negativity about a candidate. During background checks, negative feedback is given. HRs and management push you to compromise your Full and final settlement if you need clean documents and good feedback. CEO is very irritating. Has got a poky nose whose sole intention is to harrass employees and interfere in their personal lives. You should be determined to compromise, or indeed, jeopardize your personal life. There is no work-life balance. Company has only 10 leaves annually. Office hours are pathetic and salaries are never on time. Managers take salary before 5th of every month and junior resources are paid salary by 20th of every month. If you do not perform you are not given salary and treated as dirt. Management lacks vision and goal. They work on very small projects and unrealistic products. Employees are asked to install one app on their mobiels so they can be tracked via GPS. If you are on leave, they will track your movements and interfere in your personal life.

I guess there are no pros working for this company. you will just ruin your career if you opt in for this company. Small projects which last hardly for a week with zero learning capacity. Promised 5 days working week. What they need is just DONKEYS. If you wanna be one Grab the opportunity.

They Dont appreciate work They dont care how the work is being done they just want output and no complaints from the client They cheat on clients by making fake promises. They pay you pennies and they have a 10 % to 20% variable scheme which will you will never get after even begging in front of them for ages. The CEO himself is a cheat who makes fake promises. Also their finance team is the one which is kept for ruining life of employees. They get most of the things outsourced and just keep on cheating clients. They will cut off your salaries saying you were 2 mins late in morning and will never ever care that you slogged in for hours the last night. They will even delay your salaries for more than 20-25 days every month.. The payout cycle is never fixed. Till the next salary comes you will fell like a beggar and the Owner will never ever show his face until the salary is released. They like hiring people making fake promises and then make them suffer till his/her life gets ruined and even they dont pay out CONSULTANTS after hiring people from them and they make us say that tell them that we have not joined the company.
