The overall team is great (aside from senior management)

Incredibly toxic work environment No growth Micromanage every single decision Senior management does not care about employee morale No phones allowed at your desk Recorded the second you come into work Even the benefits are terrible. You need to pay for deductibles out of pock

- Amazing team members - Smaller team vibe - Team members take pride in their work - Free parking

- No Flex-Time - No ability to work from home - Slow moving/processes are outdated - Can be a toxic environment - Communication amongst all the departments are not aligned and employees often are left to fly in the dark. - Double standard- say one thing but then completely do the exact opposite - Employee experience isn't always first, burnout is real, lots of employees feel undervalued. - No lieu time for the HIGH levels of overtime put in. - Has an HR/Company policy in place however it is very ADHOC and only followed properly when suited for the company or when it is brought to light. - Lots of unnecessary chasing and follow ups; at times not completed until months or even year(s). -Work flow is impacted by senior leaders or executives because they cannot delegate the approvals/sign offs to other capable managers. - The company is very reactive instead of proactive. - Standard health benefits, they do not offer competitive benefits like most tech companies.
