Vantaggi

Nice location, some great people

Svantaggi

112 leavers in five years from an office of 40 people!!!!! No heating and awful in Winter. Bonus for some people that are favourites CEO has the brain the size of the planet but the emotional intelligence of a toddler on a sugar high! Power struggle with the Dutch based employees - UK is losing.

Vantaggi

The work is fun and challenging and you really have the chance to build great working relationships with your customers. There are some amazing people here but most of all, I loved my manager. She really made the experience great for me and I learned a lot from her. Sadly, she was promoted and the next manager was HORRIBLE. But keep in mind no matter where you go there is going to be a couple bad apples, Texhnetix weeds them out eventually. :) The benefits are pretty good and the work atmosphere is relaxed.

Svantaggi

The pay could be better and they really need to work on getting training manuals/work instructions for the teams. These are minor things though.

Vantaggi

Working at Technetix has been a highly rewarding experience, primarily due to the exceptional company culture. There is a genuine sense of camaraderie among colleagues across all departments, making it a very supportive and collaborative place to work every day.Furthermore, the company benefits from strong, stable leadership under the CEO, Paul Broadhurst. His clear vision for the telecommunications and energy infrastructure market keeps the team aligned and motivated

Svantaggi

The primary drawback is the significant gap in internal investment regarding career progression and compensation. Over the years, there has been a continuous accumulation of responsibilities—such as taking on new strategic accounts and expanding into entirely new geographical markets. Managing these cross-border territories requires tremendous extra effort and constant adjustments to different time zones and operational schedules. Unfortunately, this substantial increase in workload and responsibility has not been matched by salary adjustments, leading to stagnant remuneration that has remained frozen for years despite expanding business contributions.
