Changed since the merger - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso TechnipFMC

I am legacy FMC Technologies. Much more cut throat since the merger. The culture of the company looking out for its people is out the door. The feeling is the company will drop you and not bat an eye. Every few weeks there is another re-org and the ones landing in the leadership roles do not know the product, processes, or the people. I know lots of people looking externally. There are so many processes that bog everything down it is hard to get work done.
