While our overall experience was exceptional, the only minor challenge we faced was during the initial onboarding phase when project alignment took a bit longer than expected due to time zone differences and detailed requirement clarifications. Although this was quickly resolved once the workflow stabilized, it slightly delayed the initial progress. Additionally, given the team’s high demand, scheduling early meetings sometimes required flexibility on our end.
