Technomark is one of the best companies I’ve worked for. The owners are fair and ready for new ideas. They promote opportunities to share knowledge and growth! There is seasoned longevity in the company. I highly suggest working for this team.

If I have one, it would be open discussions, before hasty decisions are made.

This is not a positive work environment. The owner is present every day and closely monitors employees, often alongside with his daughter, who lack the experience and skills for leadership role -Supervisor. The employees are often being treated with little or no respect at all

There are frequent complains from the owner about financial losses, which contributes to a negative tone across the workplace. Even small expenses , like lunch are often criticized. While the starting pay $16/hour, the benefits are minimal,no life insurace , no short/long term benefits and backgrounds checks are not conducted-which may appeal to some, raises concerns for others
