      Great location in Montreal. Being a part of Cegid should be a great thing for the direction of Technomedia and it's products.

      Leadership will not get out of the way of progress. Trying to compete in a highly competitive market with no differentiators or clear direction is a serious challenge. Sales commissions/bonus are not paid on time if they are paid at all. Physical time sheets are required for all employees at HQ All travel, even for sales, must be routed through HQ and approved by CEO resulting in slow response to clients and prospects. Limited knowledge of their competitors and how to compete. Antiquated technology.

      My experience was a good one and enjoyed working at this small, closely knit company atmosphere in an arena with industry giants.

      Not enough personal contact with team members and management. Can feel like an island sometimes.

      Company is aggressively expanding and I worked with smart and very dedicated people. If you don't want a ton of hand-holding and mentoring, you'll be fine. Values customers and their relationships.Good work/life balance.

      Huge competitors in the space so hard to make an impact and win large clients (small fish in a big, well-funded pond). Sales staff is limited which doesn't help. Internal communication around product evolution is poor from management. HR support is non-existent.
