Employees are slaves of CEO. He is god of ego. CEO thinks everyone are foolish 😀. Office ambiance is good but very dirty floor and desk. CEO will insult anyone at anytime in front of anyone. There was a third class PMS for updating your tasks and if you don’t update then you will die 🤣. Managers are worst and hr is also worst. All employees were fighting internally and developers also fight with PM like we see in bigboss. They only hire people with 1-2 years of experience because they can not afford high salary. They will hire anyone if someone is coming with lower salary. They will provide anything to client that’s why they don’t have any big projects. Forgot about leaves here. Here leave is equal to kidney of CEO. If there no project in your technology then they will fire you at any time. Increment is joke. They will give 2500 increment if your salary is 10k then again waste one year. You can not use phone in office otherwise hr will snatch your phone. No one stay here more then a year.
