High micro management which is really pointless given it is not benefiting anyone. Bad mouthing. Anyone can shout on you. Specially the owner. They don't know how to talk to a person. No growth at all. People are working here for 10+ years and are still not at managerial level. Maximum you'll grow at team lead position. This consultancy is a fraud. They hire for Infosys under the name of "Top talent search". And after processing a profile for Infosys we were not allowed to send a processing mail because we didn't had top talent search id(because the company is fake). And we couldn't use our techs to suit email id because T2S is banned by Infosys. Most of the employees don't even know the truth. I myself found this today. This is not even a registered firm. No work ethics. No team work. Your own team mate will try to take away your candidate. They penalise you for 5 mins late but make you sit for extra hours forcefully. If you'll talk to your colleagues for a minute the management will share that cctv footage in company's whatsapp group to humiliate you. There is no incentive structure whether your billing is 10 times or 100. There is a team of developers sitting under the same roof who completely don't know how to behave. On a serious note, no body here knows how to behave. Start treating your employees are humans and not slaves(giving samosa and sandwich on fridays doesn't count really). And your medical insurance facility is bogus.

Think 1000 times before joining this company. This company is a total fruad. This organziation is not even resgitered and got raided by GST officers 2-3 times. Techs to suit works under 2-3 names like "Top telent serach', career shapers beacuse the company is banned by manny big organisation like infosys but they get the work by other names. 1) Very pathetic work culture. 2) Irresponsible Management. 3) Manager will behave like a jailer/Masters. Bad mouthing is very often. 4) Force employees to work over time. 4) in and out timing will be tracked and even if you worked 5 min less than 9 hours in total they will crucify you and threaten you for half day consideration of that day. 5) Lunch timing and coffee break timing will be monitored. 6) very tight estimates. 8) there will be a painful exit if you are planning to quit. 9) Leads will sit on your head and make you work late. 10) bad mouthing is very often. 11) intolerable remarks will be thrown if you are talking with your colleagues. 12) You will be treated as slave. 14) You cant apply for leaves. 15) even if you are on sick leave they will torture you to come for half day. 16) if any unplanned leave is taken you wont get paid for that day. 17) you wont be allowed to have free time for even 5 min if you caught to be free you will be loaded with new work. 19) You will receive no help from your leads instead of boosting your moral they will demoralize you.
