There is little to no company culture seeing as everyone is severely overworked and underpaid. Additionally, it feels there is no clear strategic vision for the firm. Every decision is made last minute and with high demand to execute with no time, no context, and with the expectation to produce high quality work. Feels like 15% of the company is doing 85% of the work. Biggest issues: Long hours, tons of turnover (especially at ELT level), severely low pay, demanding work environment, and no career development.
