I'm not sure that I agree with the accuracy of everything that was said here, though I do understand that my perspective may come from a different place. I will say we are definitely passionate about search! And we do of course run the business in a way to ensure it is profitable (important to work at a financially stable firm, especially if the firm is growing and adding team members / growing payroll, etc). I love the feedback regarding purpose and messaging, and I think we should post a bit more detail on this on our website (our mission statement, core values, etc). Great feedback, and thank you for the recommendation. We'll be sure to incorporate this into the next website iteration.
