If you are seeking an intelligent IT company, I advise against joining this one. The work environment is dreadful, reminiscent of a totalitarian regime. Your only option is to flatter the *TO, as any dissent may result in termination. Unfortunately, the *TO lacks knowledge and displays a typical Hong Kong boss mentality.
