Great people throughout the business, a trusting family oriented environment full of hard working and dedicated team members who truly put the customer first. An open environment where feedback is freely shared and everyone has the opportunity to influence and initiate change.

Not so much a con, but I do not think Tectrade really know what a great working environment and ethic they have. Sure it is talked about and there is a very strong level of appreciation right through the business - but just weeks into my role here I feel like I've been a member of this family for years and, coming from a very large global organisation that was extremely passionate about it's people and the customer experience, Tectrade certainly have a lot of magic in their office and it's only going to get stronger and stronger.
