Severe micromanagement, awful benefits, telemarketing, terrible ice cold leads, zero work/life balance, I've never seen such high turnover, Allstate won't write policies for most people and their pricing is outrageous, burnout is the norm. Even if you hate your current job, you will hate this one more. Don't believe the reviews as they are from current employees. Literally two or three new people a day would appear and disappear. If you want to spend everyday basically cold calling people that don't want to talk to you and are mostly angry this is for you. The leads are mostly old and have been called by every agent in the state and also Ted Todd Agents to the point of harassment. It's actually worse than cold calling because most people are extremely upset. I'll say it again, don't believe the recruiters and do just about anything else. Don't let them downplay these reviews. You have been warned!
