If you have the right manager and work reasonably hard, they will do everything they can to develop you and take care of you. Benefits are also great!

Definitely an old boys' club. Despite efforts from upper management to make the company more diverse and support more women entering the field, middle managers definitely fall into old construction industry tropes.
