      We are all growing, so theres always something to learn - but with this company I feel that if there is an issue, its resolved in a timely manner and then all the management ensures it doesn't happen again, so genuinely cant think of any cons :D

      Slow process for things in Marketing as pends due to internal issues in terms of final approvals and then finding the correct developers/designers/content. However, fingers crossed that with some of the new processes being set into place we will be able to speed that up.
