Company executives preach mental wellness but when it actually comes down to it they treat you like it’s more of an annoyance than anything. Blatantly post ads for jobs that have a higher wage for new hires than the existing employees get paid in that same position. Executives refuse to take responsibility for anything, instead blaming the team members for cancellations or client complaints. Everyone is massively overworked and underpaid. Breaks frequently go untaken due to the extensive workload. Executives don’t care how well you perform in the company, will end employment regardless of personal circumstances that they encourage you to be open and honest about. Turnover rate is INSANE. Executives don’t bother notifying team members when someone has left or been fired, which in turn causes mass confusion. Blatant favouritism. Overall easily the worst company I’ve ever worked for.
