Was great at first but... - Recensione dipendente - Calibration Technician presso Tektronix

Onsite technicians were quitting and it was down to 4 of us before I left myself. Managers would hire replacements and keep them in the main lab instead of being on-site. 4 of us would be made to do the work of 10 people and ended up being out of town for 3 weeks out of the month. When brought up we were told to deal with it. Didn't have enough equipment to go around for certain jobs. Had no backup plan if an on-site tech ended up sick and unable to go to customer. Onsite team was basically a house of cards. Oh and was told I would be traveling 20 to 30 percent of the time. Ended up being closer to 70% this past year.
