Don't join as a contractor even if they tell, they will make you permanent.It will never going to happen. If they want to make someone permanent then they can easily open one permanent position for that person .for the namesake they will conduct the interview process as well. POLITICS is too much..No appreciation.No good hike . A big no for contractors as they don't get any benefits from the company. If you can buttering the manager or if you have relative of manager then only you can be permanent employee. So join the company at your own risk.
