Week and out of touch leadership. Lack of real direction and accountability. More profitable to sell buildings than drum up new business. No good or active sales force. Loss after major contract loss for years with no replacements. Lots of quotes for bids with little to no turnover. Shell of a once great company. Low manufacturing capability and decades old tools and what tools are purchased have no contract wins in hand. Crap shoot capital purchases.
