No growth Only profitable because salaries are being slashed Zero opportunities for advancement Many promises are made by the COO (especially when he’s drinking); none ever happen COO writes item in a agenda, but never follows up on stuff COO has anger issues and has a reputation for taking it out on employees COO has overlooked personnel issues in regard to hostile work environment multiple times with past and present employees Stifling of employee concerns Free-for-all among employees since there is zero leadership Leadership claims transparency, while hiding all they can Leadership/management talks a big game, but no follow through Owner is kept in the dark and believes his company is a enjoyable and productive workplace No accountability Hours worked are based upon friendships – friendly people need apply!
