I want you to know this is constructive and not a person that is “out to ruin your reputation” I worked for Tela for over 3 years and now I’ve moved on I will say what’s on my mind. First thing I have read lots of reviews on here from upset ex employees, you really need to take notice of that. It is not one person on repeat. Lots of people have felt like that and there is bullying and cliques within the Hampton office and it does stand out like a sore thumb. It is the same people doing it too and they are deputy managers and heads of departments. It didn’t bother me as I was fortunate not to be a target but I have seen people ripped to shreds. It is all very sneaky and gossipy and Tela could really be so much more if this was not going on and HR Senior Management stopped protecting these people and enabling the behaviour. What a shame. I would have probably stayed but reasons like this make me disappointed and I can’t watch this get even worse and people get protected just because they are friends.
