No open door policy, left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, poor chain of command communication or lack there of, great ideas hard to push thru, antiquated systems and procedures, lack of employee development, mediocre benefits, boot camp like mentality, poor management, sterile work environment, everything under locked key, prison style, gossip, poor management skills, preferential treatment, work environment not ergonomic, cram and fit style, loud, short lunches, no work life balance, difficult to take time off, and they will pay to tow your car.
