The company is constantly working on strategies to attract and retain quality employees. While the monthly luncheons might not have impressed the other reviewer, they are nonetheless a great gesture and effort to show the appreciation for the employees. The benefits are compatible to those offered by other organizations in the industry. Overall, Telamon is a great organization to work for,
