Some fun coworkers. Actually my fellow IT's were the best coworkers I've ever had. Ian and Jason deserve way better. Marion and Amanda are great CSR's and wonderful people. The benefits were mid. They have a bearded dragon named Torch and he was cool.

It won't let me submit this because it has bad language but won't specify exactly what that is. So here is the short version of the cons: bad pay, mid benefits, absent management, large pay disparity between direct managers and subordinates, bad customers, and nepotism.

Very flexible, and work load isn’t terrible. Shawn, Ian and Jason are great to work with and are great people and without them the help desk position would not work. CSR team is great too with Marion and Amanda. Michele is easy to get to and is always there when you need her.

Terrible pay and nothing they do can make up for it. 17.5 for this position is no different than modern day slavery and makes you not motivated to work. During my time here I have received some injustice, where some people are allowed to do somethings and I was not or I got in trouble more than others when the same mistake was done. Terrible and unprofessional management and the pay disparity is a lot. Supervisor having to work two jobs while managers are making more than enough is just not fair. The customers are always seen as liars and are not treated right at most cases. Terrible equipment and how things are setup. There will be many issues that come up and continue to come up and no one from the management will try to help or fix it. For a long time caller ID’s were not working and we would get many calls about people complaining and us saying it’s not right was not enough to make management believe that there was an issue.
